Cancellation Policy

Your payment less 20% of the chosen package rate will be reimbursed, if a cancellation is received between January 14 and February 10, 2012. 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed, if a cancellation is received between February 11 and March 09, 2012.No reimbursement will be made after March 10, 2012.
