EXHIBITORS OPP.

Please note this year the exhibition will be only 3 days (June 27-29, 2023), even thought the event will be 4 days.

Exhibition packages include:
- One wastebasket
- Electricity socket (220V)
- Carpeting
- Daily cleaning
- Logo of the company in the conference abstract book
- Logo, company`s short description (max. 100 words) and internet link at Graphene 2023 website

(Be aware that the organization reserves the right to relocate stands of 4m2)

Booth location will be assigned on a "first come, first served" basis

VAT not included (21%) - Spanish VAT only applies to Spanish institutions

The organisation offers the possibility to overseas pavilions of inserting a brochure (ONE representative brochure of the pavilion) in conference bags.
Erection, dismantling and assembly fee not included. Electricity, daily cleaning and Hook Up Permit not included.

Cancellation Policy

Conference participants

Your payment less 50 Euros will be reimbursed if a cancellation is received before April 08, 2023.
If a cancellation is received between April 08, 2023 and May 20, 2023, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
No reimbursement will be made after May 20, 2023

For any cancellation an additional Administration Fee (30 euros) will be charged.

Exhibitors

Your payment less 20 % of the chosen package rate will be reimbursed if a cancellation is received before January 31, 2023.
50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed, if a cancellation is received between January 31, 2023 and April 08, 2023.
No reimbursement will be made after April 08, 2023.
